Terms of service
What you can expect from Beseen, what we expect back, and the parts where a tool that measures AI assistants cannot promise you an outcome.
The short version
- Beseen measures where you rank and which prompts name a competitor instead of you, then writes the fix. You apply it. We never touch your site.
- Only track domains you own or are authorised to act for.
- Plans are metered on tracked sites, tracked prompts and how often we check. Go past that and we throttle rather than silently bill you.
- The copy we generate is yours. Read it before you publish it, because a model wrote it.
- We cannot promise ChatGPT will name you. We can promise to measure whether it does.
Who these terms are with
Beseen is operated by Sparkeit SRL, registered in Romania. By creating an account, running a free scan or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you can bind it.
What Beseen does, and what it does not
You give us a domain. We discover your competitors and ranked keywords, generate a set of prompts a buyer in your category would ask, run them across ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, and show you the prompts where a competitor is named and you are absent. We then diagnose why the cited pages win, rewrite pages that could plausibly win those prompts, and brief the pages that do not exist yet.
Nothing is applied automatically
Every finding leaves as output you act on. You get the rewritten copy and a prompt you can paste into your own coding agent. There is no CMS integration, no OAuth against your site and no publishing step, so Beseen has no way to change a page on your site even if it wanted to. What you publish is your decision and your responsibility.
The re-check depends on you
We re-run the checks on your plan's cadence and show what moved. If you never apply the copy, the re-check will faithfully report that nothing changed.
Your account
- Keep your credentials to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- One account per person. Sharing a login around a team instead of adding seats is not on.
- You must be at least 16 to use Beseen.
- Tell us at support@beseen.so if you think someone else has got into your account.
Which domains you can track
You may add a domain you own, or one you are authorised to work on, for example as an agency or a contractor. Adding a domain means we crawl its public pages, so do not add a site you have no business crawling.
Competitors are a different matter. Beseen names them, compares them and tells you why their pages get cited, all of which runs on index data and on what assistants say in public. It does not crawl their sites on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Do not use Beseen to:
- Track a domain you have no right to track, or crawl a site in a way that would breach its terms.
- Publish generated copy that is misleading about a competitor, or that presents fabricated claims, reviews or comparisons as fact.
- Resell or redistribute the underlying data as a data feed of your own. Using the output for your clients is fine. Rebuilding a competing data product on top of your plan is not.
- Scrape, hammer or reverse engineer the service, or work around plan limits.
- Break the law in Romania or wherever you are using it from.
Plans, billing and cancelling
Beseen has three plans: Free at $0, Standard at $39 a month and Pro at $79 a month. They are metered on tracked sites, tracked prompts and how often we check them, because every prompt check costs us money each time it runs, whether or not you log in that week.
- Paid plans renew each month until you cancel, and are billed in advance through Stripe.
- Cancel from the dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate the rest.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds. If a charge is wrong or something is broken, email support@beseen.so and we will look at it properly rather than quote this sentence at you. If you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, this section does not take that away.
- If a payment fails we will retry and email you. Repeated failure moves the account down to Free, which pauses scheduled checks but does not delete your history straight away.
- Article generation and page rewrites are an allowance inside a plan rather than the thing the plan is priced on. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
- Higher-frequency checking, such as daily rather than weekly, may be capped or sold as an add-on. At three engines it costs several times what weekly costs, so we would rather price it honestly than quietly degrade it.
- We can change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before a change hits their plan, and can cancel before it does.
The free public scan
The free scan runs five prompts on one engine without a signup and produces a report at a shareable URL. Anyone with that link can read it, including the domain scanned and the competitors named, so treat it as public. It is rate limited, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
The copy we generate
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, rewritten sections, article briefs and drafts produced for your account are yours. We claim no ownership of them and you can publish them wherever you like.
The catch is what a language model is. Generated text can be wrong, can restate something that already exists elsewhere, and does not come with a guarantee of originality or accuracy. Read it before you publish it. Once it is on your site it is your copy, and you are the one answerable for the claims in it, especially in comparison pages that name other companies.
To produce all of that we need permission to process what you give us: your domain, the crawled pages and the prompts. That permission covers running the service for you and nothing else. Your content stays yours, and the privacy side of it is in the privacy policy.
What we cannot promise
Beseen measures two scoreboards it does not control. Google changes its rankings, and ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity change what they cite, sometimes between one week and the next, for reasons nobody outside those companies can see.
- We do not guarantee a position, a citation, traffic, or that applying a rewrite moves anything.
- Citations move over weeks, not days. A single re-check is a data point, not a verdict.
- Rank and keyword data comes from an index that refreshes on its provider's schedule, so it can be a few days behind a live search.
- An assistant's answer is a snapshot of one query at one moment. Run it again and it may differ, which is exactly why we track it repeatedly instead of once.
- Scores and metrics from third parties, including how readable your site is to machines, are their measurements on their scale, not ours.
Services we depend on
Beseen runs on DataForSEO for crawl, ranking and prompt-check data, on the OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity APIs for the assistant answers behind those checks, and on is-agentic.com for the machine-readability score. When one of them is slow, rate limited or down, the parts of Beseen that depend on it degrade or wait.
We will keep scheduled checks queued and catch up where we can, but we do not offer an uptime commitment on these plans, and we are not liable for a third party's outage or for a provider changing or withdrawing an API.
Our side of it
The site, the dashboard, the prompt generation, the analysis and everything we have written stay ours. Using Beseen gives you the right to use the service and its output, not to copy the product.
If you send us feedback or a feature request, we may act on it without owing you anything for it. That is not us claiming your ideas, it is us being able to ship an obvious improvement that two other people also asked for.
Liability
Beseen is provided as it is. To the extent the law in Romania allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost revenue, lost rankings, lost traffic or indirect losses. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, and if you are a consumer rather than a business your statutory rights stand regardless of this section.
Suspension and closing an account
You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close one that breaks these terms, that puts the service or its providers at risk, or that has not paid. Where it is not urgent we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
On closure, scheduled checks stop and your data is deleted on the timetable in the privacy policy. Export anything you want to keep before you go.
Changes to the service and these terms
The product will change. Features get added, and occasionally one gets dropped because the data behind it stopped being worth what it costs. Where a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email and you can cancel.
The same goes for these terms. This version is dated 2 September 2026. Material changes get an email before they take effect, not a quiet edit to this page.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Romania, and disputes go to the courts of Romania. If a clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
