AI visibility tracking for gyms

Can a gym check whether ChatGPT mentions it as a place to work out?

Yes. Beseen samples buyer-style prompts, such as a question about a good place to work out, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. It records whether your gym or another business was named in those sampled answers.

What the answer can and cannot show

This is a sampled observation, not a record of every customer conversation. It does not measure or predict search rankings, visibility gains, or future mentions. It records what the selected assistants returned for tracked prompts at the time the check ran.

What the free one-time report shows

Beseen offers a free, anonymous AI visibility report for one domain. It runs once, with no account or card, and is not ongoing monitoring. The report checks 10 buyer-style prompts on ChatGPT and pairs them with Google positions for those tracked queries.

A gym can review whether its domain or name was mentioned or cited in the sampled run, plus which other names or source domains appeared, if any. That is evidence from this one report only. It does not establish what appeared in every answer or prove an absence when the report did not observe a mention.

How the check works, step by step

  • Submit the gym's domain for the free report or add it to paid coverage.
  • Run buyer-style prompts through the selected assistants and record whether the business is named or a source is cited.
  • Review Google positions for the same tracked queries alongside the assistant responses.
  • Read the saved prompt and answer evidence before treating a mention as a conclusion about every potential customer question.

The evidence is limited to the queries actually tracked. It is not a complete picture of every question someone might ask about gyms, places to work out, or local services.

Understanding a 'losing' result: competitor names and cited sources

A sampled answer can contain other businesses, tools, or source domains while leaving your gym out. The report records those observed names and citations so you can inspect the same answer yourself.

It does not explain why an assistant selected one name over another. An answer that does not mention your gym is one observed result, not proof it was never mentioned elsewhere.

Moving from a one-time report to ongoing tracking

The free report and recurring monitoring are separate offerings. The free report is anonymous and one-time. Paid recurring monitoring is for gyms that want repeated checks over time, starting at $29 per month.

Paid pricing is based on coverage: sites, searches, assistants, and cadence. There are no feature tiers. Check the live pricing page before relying on exact coverage or cadence details.

What happens if the gym isn’t mentioned: page rewrite suggestions

Where the evidence supports a safe target, Beseen can prepare suggested page work: a title, meta description, H1, and section structure. It arrives as copy to paste or a prompt for a coding agent, so the gym can review it before making a change.

These are suggested content adjustments based on observed gaps. They do not guarantee a higher Google position, more AI mentions, or a visibility improvement.

Checking whether the gym's website is even readable by AI agents

Beseen can also check whether key pages return usable HTTP status codes, make content available in the HTML rather than only after client-side rendering, expose structured data, and have an llms.txt file present. This is a technical diagnostic to review, not a guarantee of inclusion in assistant answers.

Illustrative report and monitoring views

These annotated examples show the difference between the free one-time report and paid recurring monitoring. They use illustrative data only and are not customer reports.

Paid monitoring compares sampled observations. It does not predict future mentions or rankings.

Limits of what this check can tell a gym

Sampled prompts are not exhaustive, and this tool does not disclose or explain an assistant's selection logic. Google data covers only the queries actually tracked. Missing or unavailable data is not proof that a gym was never mentioned.

No ranking, visibility, or AI mention improvement is promised. To get the initial point-in-time evidence for your domain, request a free one-time report.
